In the role of a Technology Architect, you will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on iScala ERP for customer issues and requirements, development, testing and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. Manage functional and technical customizations across different countries, handle incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs, and work closely with business stakeholders and third‑party teams to resolve system bugs and infrastructure problems.

You will also lead and train other team members and shape value‑adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Manage incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs
• Manage functional and technical customizations in different countries
• Provide technical cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)
• Work closely with vendors and third‑party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems
• Provide technical solutions for the issues faced by business
• Experience in database administration and performance tuning
  
  Ensure application availability round the clock
• Lead and train other team members

• Overall 15+ years of experience
• Experience in Epicor Service Connect, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, MS Reports, Expense Reports
• Experience working on integrations and knowledge of Service Max
• Server administration and support experience
• Ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders

• VBA experience
• Knowledge of other ERP systems
