Physical access to the Data centre – complete physical access to the data centre @ the head office and site locations and custodian of one physical key to the data centre in the head office.Data centre – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate data centers.Infrastructure - ensure smooth functioning of all staff related IT infrastructure systems by proper management, maintenance, and monitoring.Cloud Servers – Manage infrastructure at cloud (Microsoft Azure).Office 365 – Manage licenses with Office 365, user creation, eDiscovery, mail flow, Antispam and other tasks for managing email security.Support – responsible for the day-to-day IT support to staff.Data backup – responsible for the data backup management, offsetting and monitoring.Antivirus/Antispam system – responsible for the management and upkeeping of the corporate antivirus/antispam system.Patch management system – responsible for the management and up keeping of the corporate patch management system.PABX system
s – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate PABX systems.CCTV system
s – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate CCTV systems.Access control system
s – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate access control systems.Structured cabling systems – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate cabling systems.UPS system
s – responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate UPS.Communication equipment's - responsible for the management and up keeping of all the corporate communication equipment's like routers, data switches, modems and VPN systems.Email – responsible for complete user management on the email system – new user, user disabling/deleting and user modifications in terms of the profile IT filing.Assist the Head of IT - in any other jobs.Any other job/s entrusted by the Management - from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
