Job Purpose:

Provides technology expertise across various streams in the infrastructure technology domain. Assists IT Operations in delivering infrastructure vision and strategy that meet business needs. Delivers infrastructure design and contributes to delivery of infrastructure projects and implementation of technologies. Understands industry best practices and monitors the market for emerging technologies.

• In collaboration with project managers translates business needs into technical requirements and recommends cost‑effective solutions aligned with architectural principles.
• Assists in evaluation of external vendors and products and provides input to business managers on business cases.
• Conducts market research to identify and implement best practices, trends, and emerging technologies that bring value to clients.
• Provides technology expertise to meet organizational needs and contributes to technology life cycle management.
• Owns delivery and operation of technology and infrastructure projects and components for clients, managing testing and implementation of solutions, reviewing documentation, user guides, training manuals and system specifications.
• Provides technical expertise to enable suitable and latest application of operational procedures and working practices, using network management and application performance management tools to determine infrastructure effectiveness.
• Ensures agreed service levels are met, provides status reports, manages investigations and resolution of complex incidents and problems as 3rd level support.
• Updates software with latest security patches, ensures proper defenses for each network resource, analyzes security requirements and recommends improvements, monitors network traffic for suspicious behavior, creates network policies and authorization roles.
• Consults with staff, managers, and executives about best security practices and provides technical advice.
• Configures and supports security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, anti‑virus software, WAF, Office 365, Load Balancer, Endpoint Security, DLP, Patch Management.
• Liaises with SOC team for incident response and coordination of other actions.
• Coordinates implementation of remedies and preventative measures, identifies risks to technology infrastructure and their business impact, develops mitigation and backup plans.
• Leads and guides other technology experts, demonstrates technologies and products to stakeholders, ensures knowledge sharing.
• Maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, technology teams and business users.
• Participates and influences decision‑making regarding technology.
• Performs any other additional duties as directed.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• ITIL Certified.
• CCNP/CCIE/MCSE/RHEL Certification.
• CISSP, CCNA, Security+.
• Fluent in English.
