Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE and possess a deep understanding of both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Utilizing talent mapping techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Utilizing various job portals such as Bayt, Naukrigulf, and Linked In for sourcing candidates.
  • Closing niche skills job positions effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Negotiating and finalizing offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of previously shortlisted candidates.
  • Successfully closing white-collar positions within the construction industry.
  • Organizing and executing recruitment drives overseas for blue-collar positions.
  • Shortlisting candidates who meet the age requirement of 30 years or above.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the UAE market.
  • Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent mapping techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using job portals such as Bayt, Naukrigulf, and Linked In.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Previous experience in closing niche skills job positions is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
