We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent to support our recreational facility and hospitality wellness operations. Your expertise will help build a motivated and skilled workforce committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks in collaboration with department managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in the UAE to attract top talent.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, or recreational facilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Passion for identifying talent and building teams that drive business success.
