Housekeeping Attendant – Double Tree by Hilton Sharjah

A Housekeeping Attendant will support the Housekeeping team by delegating daily activities, ensuring efficient service and an outstanding guest experience.

• Ensure consistently high operating standards in all housekeeping areas as defined by hotel brand standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and proactively manage guest requests.
• Help maintain room availability and coordinate release of rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
• Check daily guest information in the CRM and ensure preferences and requests are met on time.
• Coordinate flower requests for special occasions and handle embroidery for special linen.
• Oversee daily guest clothing release for guests using the laundry service.
