Overview
Position Overview: Domo Ventures MENA is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager, preferably an Arabic national, to oversee daily operations at a 3-star hotel in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a robust background in hospitality management.
Responsibilities- Manage hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
