Public Relation Officer – Emirati

Our client is a group of companies based in Sharjah, and is looking to hire a Public Relation Officer – Emirati with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Legalization assignments – Translation job, preparation, and submission of invoices in Arabic.
• Process New Visas / Renewals / Cancellations – Work Agreement, Medical, Health Card, Emirates , Visa Stamping – (Online / Submission / Collecting) – Non-free zone and Free zone.
• Reporting absconding employees including Online / Submission / Collecting. Should regularly check and review employees outside UAE for more than 6 months for subsequent cancellation of their visa.
• Recording electronic copies of Passports, Work Permits, Emirates IDs, and other Legal / Government documents (non-free zone and Free zone).
• Responsible for checking and collecting letters from Post Box, follow‑up on Passports submitted to the Authorities after renewal.
• Coordinate with police authorities with regards to Accidents and / or other legal issues.
• Coordinate with government offices for various jobs – municipality, traffic police, court, civil defence, land department, etc.
• Handling petty cash / E‑Dirham and settling the same on weekly basis.
• Responsible for custom clearance of Free Zone (In the absence of Customs Representative of KSI).

• Required bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• A high-level individual who is independent, pro‑active with good attitude and mind-set.
• Have initiative to complete assigned job without follow-up and update the status to HR Manager.
