Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven Accounting & Systems Executive (HR & Finance) with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
- Handle project‑based accounting activities, particularly for engineering and service‑related projects.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee financial records.
- Support HR financial processes including leave settlements, EOSB calculations, and employee expense tracking.
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit for financial reporting, HR coordination, and operational tracking.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure financial data aligns with workforce and project performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within oil & gas, EPC, or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with VAT filing, UAE tax regulations, and statutory financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior experience with project‑based accounting in engineering or service industries is an advantage.
