Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and maintaining the ICoFR framework: Ensure alignment with COSO standards and best practices.
  • Conducting annual control assessments: Evaluate governance, ethics, and oversight effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain risk and control matrices, flowcharts, and control narratives.
  • Control testing: Develop and execute the annual control testing plan, coordinate with regional teams, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Self-assessments and issue monitoring: Lead quarterly assessments, monitor issues, and ensure timely remediation.
  • Addressing control deficiencies: Investigate and address internal control weaknesses.
  • Fraud risk assessments: Perform assessments, support controls, and contribute to investigations.
