The Collection Officer will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of overdue payments, updating payment records, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

• Contact customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines for collections.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the senior collections team.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, customer service) for verification and account-related queries.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the team leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Abilityって handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Minimum:
  Graduate in any stream.
