This role is designed for recent graduates who are ready to begin their professional journey inbouw the banking sector by contributing directly yup core functions. The Graduate Officer will support core operations through a combination of administrative, analytical, and process-based tasks, while building a solid foundation in the bank’s procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and administrative tasks to support internal processes and decision-making.
- Perform analysis of transactions, customer data, or financial reports (depending on department focus).
- Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operational standards.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per audit and compliance standards.
- Support the implementation of new systems, policies, or initiatives as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the bank’s code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Recent graduate (within the past 1–2 years).
- No banking experience.
- Available to join immediately.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
- Ability to work proactively and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis tools a plus.
