Manager Finance UAE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager Accounts & Finance (CA/ACCA/CMA) to take charge of our day-to-day financial operations and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, combined with proven liaising experience with UAE banks and financial institutions to effectively manage our funding and working capital needs within the telecom subcontracting environment.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with UAE banks and financial partners to manage credit facilities, secure necessary funding, and optimize working capital.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, focusing on cost control and ensuring profitability.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, coordinate external audits, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to aid in decision-making and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of operational execution.

• Professional qualification: CA/ACCA/CMA (mandatory).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven liaising experience with UAE banks and financing institutions (a key requirement).
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), corporate finance, and compliance within the UAE.
• Experience in the telecom/engineering/construction subcontracting sector is a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
