ABS Engineering FZE is a leading engineering and fabrication company specializing in pressure vessels, process skids, structural steel, and oil & gas equipment. As part of our expansion and increasing project pipeline across the GCC, we are looking for an experienced Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for:
- Pressure Vessels (ASME Sec VIII Div 1/2)
- Process Skids & Packages
- Structural Steel Fabrication
- Piping Systems
- Perform material take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams for costing inputs
- Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate subcontractor pricing
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in line with client specifications
- Conduct risk analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Participate in client clarification meetings and tender negotiations
- Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
