As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our workforce by attracting and selecting the top talent that drives our operational excellence and market leadership in the HVAC industry.

Responsible for buying materials required by production and other departments, making sure that these items are meeting the production schedule. Securing and negotiating best price, lead-time and payment terms with suppliers. Sourcing out new suppliers and products in coordination with Procurement Engineers.

• Review incoming purchasing requirements for parts/items, in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specification.
• Generate and place purchase orders with vendors.
• Work closely with vendors in order to insure accurate and on-time delivery. Follow up with suppliers and forwarders until get the material in port, & update ERP system.
• Coordinate with Material Planner to evaluate inventory to determine necessary purchase quantities by item
• Maintain / update the P.O. tracking report daily to get the following monthly reports:
• Value of Purchases.
• Frequency of buying against material type, supplier & average P.O.’s.
• New approved suppliers.
• Source out new supplier and new product as and when required, follow up samples/tests and to coordinate actively between Engineering, R&D, QA/QC and Supplier.
• Obtains two or more quotations in coordination with Procurement Engineers for each purchase where applicable.
• Analyses buying trends, forecasts buying requirements, and issue periodic report on suppliers lead times, change orders and purchase price variances.
• Maintain Master vendor approval list and price list.
• Follow up of Material Discrepancy Reports with both QC Department and suppliers until closed and maintain a record.
• Participation as a proactive team member, actively working toward successful implantation and completion of team goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing & logistics policies and practices
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office & ERP software

• HVAC Experience is a (preferable)
• Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer Experience in manufacturing company
