Al Marwan Group is looking for a reliable and well-organized Senior Draftsman to join our Infrastructure Project Team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in U.A.E road and infrastructure projects, supporting design coordination and site execution with high-quality drawings locations as required.

• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Draftsman in road & infrastructure projects within the U.A.E
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Civil 3D is an added advantage)
• Extensive experience in roads, highways, utilities, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts
• Solid understanding of U.A.E authority standards, regulations, and construction practices
• Ability to independently prepare and manage shop drawings, IFC drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• Prepare, review, and update shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements
• Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve design and technical queries
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards
• Provide timely and accurate drawing support to facilitate smooth site execution
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and document control
