Castech Middle East is seeking a proactive and technically strong Specification Engineer to join our growing UAE team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in construction chemicals or concrete admixtures who has strong relationships within the consultant and design community. You will play a key role in getting our products specified in major UAE projects and driving technical approvals from design to execution.

• Promote company products to consultants, architects, designers, and developers.
• Secure product specifications in tender documents and project drawings.
• Deliver technical presentations, samples, submittals, and approvals.
• Review project specifications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to convert specifications into sales.
• Track specified projects from design stage through project execution.
• Conduct product training sessions for consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Support value engineering and alternative proposals when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related Engineering field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Specification Engineer (admixtures experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and approval processes.
• Established relationships with UAE consultants and design firms.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
