We are an MEP Contracting Company looking for Jr. Estimation Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
Job Functions:- Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs for electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, ducting).
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates, covering materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for pricing accuracy and scope clarification.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to collect and compare quotations.
- Support senior estimation engineers in preparing rate analyses, clarifications, and bid submissions.
- Maintain organized estimation databases, logs, and records for all ongoing and completed tenders.
- Provide progress updates and highlight missing information or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality procedures in all estimation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in MEP estimation
- Proficient in Planswift, MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
