Talent Mate is hiring a Project Engineer for steel fabrication projects in Sharjah, UAE.

The Project Engineer leads complex steel fabrication projects from conception to completion, managing resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting and quality control. The role collaborates with design teams, vendors and clients to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan, coordinate and manage steel fabrication projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and control project costs effectively.
• Work closely with architects, design teams, and construction personnel to ensure project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to integrate materials and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and other departments.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fabrication project management.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
