Structural Steel Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Steel Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Structural Steel Design
, with specific expertise in Steel Connection Design
. The role involves working closely with Consultants and Fabrication as well as Erection teams to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural steel design and Connections solutions for complex projects.

• Perform structural analysis and Design of Steel Structures and Steel connections Design in accordance with AISE & Euro Codes.
• Technical Coordination and meetings with Consults until obtaining approvals for the Design/Connections Design Calculations and Shop Drawings
• Review Shop drawings and models to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Collaborate with design, detailing, and fabrication teams to resolve technical queries.
• Prepare and verify design calculations, connection sketches, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and erection stages.
• Optimize design solutions for material efficiency and constructability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Structural Steel Design & Steel Connection Design

• Proficiency in Idea Statica
  , ETABS
  , SAP
  2000
  , and STAAD.Pro
  .
• Strong understanding of design codes such as AISC
  , Euro & Local UAE Minimality Regulations
  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
