Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical control systems, motors, and power distribution.
• Diagnose and repair PLC, VFDs and SCADA systems.
• Test, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation sensors, flow meters, temperature controllers, and pressure transmitters.
• Trace, install, and connect electrical wiring and cables according to specifications and safety standards
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical components such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
• Identify root causes of electrical, mechanical, and automation failures and implement effective solutions.
• Use the diagnostic tools assigned properly
• Ensure compliance with plant safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for maintenance activities, schematics, and reports.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, modifications, and energy efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and automation teams to optimize equipment performance.

HSE:

• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and machinery.
