Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be an experienced engineer with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record in successful project delivery on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office Suite & other industry software tools
• Able to work under minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion including design process, cost estimation, materials selection etc.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Monitor progress against project timelines ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, architects and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Develop detailed plans for construction activities based on technical specifications
• Provide technical advice throughout all stages of the development process
• Prepare technical reports and documents related to the completion of civil engineering projects
