Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Proficiency Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and a proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective English proficiency training programs for individuals and groups
• Conduct pre-assessments to identify the specific needs and learning goals of each student
• Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on the students’ level and learning objectives
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students
• Monitor and track students’ progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations
• Prepare students for the IELTS exam, focusing on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Teaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to non-native speakers
• Proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements
• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and techniques
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success

Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
