Associate Teacher - Emirati Nationals

Classroom & Learning Support

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by supporting individual or small groups of students.
• Organize and distribute learning materials, set up audio-visual equipment, and prepare project resources.
• Supervise students during teacher-led activities and provide one‑on‑one instructional support when needed.
• Maintain classroom supplies and assist children in using materials, cleaning up, and organizing their work spaces.
• Support reading, literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities under teacher guidance.
• Cover classes during short teacher absences (emergency only), following the given lesson plans.

• Handle general office tasks including photocopying, filing, preparing worksheets, and managing resources.
• Assist with SPEA inspection preparations, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.
• Provide assistance to school administration in coordination and event logistics as required.

• Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, pick-up, and drop-off, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
• Monitor dispersal as per the duty assigned.
• Escort children to the washroom and guide with personal hygiene for young children when necessary.
• Ensure safe handover of students to authorized adults at home drop-off points.

• Take an active role in the planning and execution of the UAE National Day and other Emirati cultural celebrations.
• Support after-school activities and events, enhancing the holistic development of students.
• Promote Emirati heritage, language, and values through school activities and displays.

• Follow and enforce all school health and safety procedures.
• Maintain vigilance in classrooms and common areas to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Support in implementing policies related to student conduct, behavior, and safety.
