Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical management for patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement effective patient care strategies
- Regularly assess patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary
- Mentor junior healthcare professionals, promoting continuous education and skill development
- Communicate effectively with patients' families about care plans and patient status
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a current medical license
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a relevant specialty
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in an intensive care setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
