Clinical Genetics Physician

Our company is on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Clinical Genetics Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide expert evaluations and consultations for patients with genetic disorders, helping them navigate their healthcare options and understand their genetic risks. As part of our commitment to personalized care, you will contribute to developing innovative treatment plans and provide genetic counseling to families.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and take detailed family histories for patients with suspected genetic conditions.
• Interpret and explain genetic testing results to patients and their families in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Develop individualized management strategies based on genetic insights and patient health data.
• Offer genetic counseling, supporting patients and families in understanding their options and implications.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance practices and contribute to the advancement of genetic healthcare.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) with specialization Clinical Genetics.
• Board certification in Clinical Genetics is required.
• Active and valid medical license in the state of practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical genetics setting.
• Strong understanding of genetic testing, diagnosis, and counseling best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and support.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and foster collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
