Neonatologist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Neonatologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide specialized care to newborns facing critical health challenges, particularly those who are premature or cannot manage their medical conditions independently. You will work within our top-tier Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where we prioritize innovative and family-centered approaches to care.

• Conducting thorough assessments of newborn patients and diagnosing various neonatal conditions
• Administering comprehensive medical management and life‑saving interventions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective treatment plans
• Communicating with and educating families about their baby's health status and treatment options
• Engaging in clinical research to advance neonatal care practices
• Contributing to quality improvement projects within the NICU
• Maintaining up-to-date medical knowledge through continuing education and professional development

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Neonatology
• Board certification in Neonatology is required
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU setting
• Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
