Rheumatologist

Our company is on the lookout for a skilled Rheumatologist to become an essential part of our healthcare team. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing with various rheumatic conditions, ensuring a high standard of patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys through effective treatment plans and supportive care.

• Perform detailed assessments and clinical evaluations to diagnose rheumatologic conditions, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoarthritis.
• Design and implement individualized treatment protocols, involving medication management, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.
• Conduct therapeutic procedures such as joint injections and arthrocentesis when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans.
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Provide compassionate support and follow-up care to patients during their treatment processes.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Rheumatology required
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in rheumatology
• Thorough understanding of rheumatologic diseases and valid treatment modalities
• Exceptional communication, bedside manner, and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuing education and staying informed on emerging research and therapies
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
