• Conduct thorough examinations of tissue specimens and fluid analyses to diagnose a variety of diseases, including cancers and infectious processes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate diagnoses and provide consultative support concerning treatment options
• Participate in departmental quality assurance, ensuring that laboratory practices meet established standards of care
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in pathology to enhance diagnostic practices and patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory findings and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff and medical interns about pathology procedures and best practices

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Pathology
• Board certification in Pathology
• Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region
• Extensive experience in diagnostic pathology, with proficiency in both anatomic and clinical pathology
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, quality control, and interventional procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative healthcare environment
