• MD degree from an accredited medical school with a focus on Urology
• Board certification in Urology or equivalent
• Active medical license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Extensive experience in managing a wide range of urological disorders

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage patients effectively
• Commitment to continued education and keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends
