Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses for patients presenting with acute conditions
- Administer emergency medical treatment and perform necessary procedures
- Coordinate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize diagnostic tools and tests to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to best practices
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and health management
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in an emergency medicine setting is highly desirable
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision‑making capabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Capacity to work effectively in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments
- Willingness to cover various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to continued professional development and education in the field
