As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of way finding projects across the region. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative way finding solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful projects focused on elevating user experiences and navigation within built environments.

• Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of way finding projects from inception to completion.
• Develop creative direction and execution of way finding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated way finding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
• Demonstrate expertise in design software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and Sketch Up to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in way finding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in way finding design, signage, and environmental graphics across diverse project types, including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed‑use, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex way finding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong design portfolio and proven track record.

• Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards governing way finding and architectural projects within the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and the development of detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, leveraging expertise in urban planning and interior design to craft and present holistic way finding strategies.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, 3DS Max, and Sketch Up.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support project requirements and client interactions.
