As a Senior Specialist Prosthodontist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, diagnosing complex dental conditions and designing innovative prosthodontic solutions. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and contribute to practice development through mentoring and training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead patient consultations and assess individual needs to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
- Design, fabricate, and fit advanced dental prostheses, including implants, crowns, and bridges.
- Mentor and guide junior dentists and support staff while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in prosthodontics and implement best practices within the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through effective communication and care.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Prosthodontics and considerable experience in advanced prosthodontic procedures.
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with patients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality dental care.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continued professional education and advancement in the field of prosthodontics.
