We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our school’s administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors—providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Provide accurate information about school programs, policies, and procedures
- Maintain records of inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with teachers and departments to address parent or student requests
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
- Ensure the front office and reception area are always neat and organized
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
