We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for design, luxury lifestyle, and storytelling — this is your chance to bring the Gusto brand to life across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos, Reels, and Stories directly from showroom and project sites
- Write engaging captions in line with our luxury brand voice
- Respond to comments, DMs, and interact with community
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on reach, saves, and engagement
- Collaborate with our designers, showroom team, and e-commerce staff to gather content
- Stay up to date with design and social media trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for design, fashion, or luxury brands
- Strong photography and video editing skills (Cap Cut, InShot, Lightroom, etc.)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for design, composition, and aesthetics is a must
- Knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest best practices
