Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from tender documentation to final close-out.
* Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations, legal frameworks, and company policies.
* Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to align contract execution with project goals.
* Prepare and review contract variations, claims, and correspondence.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contract Engineer or Contract Manager, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
* Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, particularly within the GCC.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and provide effective solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
