Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Purchasing Officer based in Sharjah. The Senior Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, evaluating and processing purchase requisitions and orders, and ensuring strategic contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers. The role also involves conducting regular analysis to improve procurement efficiency and ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company objectives and compliance standards.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, including procurement strategies and vendor management.
- Experience with handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisition s efficiently.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to establish favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate purchasing trends, track budgets, and optimize procurement activities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in procurement within the advertising or media industry is advantageous.
