Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who is in the outdoor living and aluminum solutions sector. We are seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator who can independently manage multiple aluminum projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete project lifecycle - from lead confirmation and approval to final handover.
- Take full ownership of projects, managing all stages including:
- Technical drawings
- Material and colour selection
- Client coordination and site visits
- Approvals and documentation
- Execution follow-up and issue resolution
- Handle multiple aluminum projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, quality, and client expectations are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide timely updates on project status, progress reports, and key milestones.
- 4-5 years of experience in the aluminum industry with hands-on project coordination responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of aluminum structures, drawings, materials, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer-handling skills.
