Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented female Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle various administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
- Prepare and maintain office files and documents
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Perform any other administrative tasks as needed
- Competitive salary (AED 2,500 to AED 3,000)
