Base pay range Responsibilities- Backend support for telecom/FTTH operations
- Update service orders, activations, and fault closures
- Coordinate with field teams and NOC
- Maintain records, reports, and system data
- Support inventory and documentation
- 1–3 years back office experience (telecom preferred)
- Good MS Excel and email skills
- Basic telecom/FTTH knowledge
