Job Summary

We are seeking motivated UAE National fresh graduates to join our teams across various departments in site-based and operational environments.
These roles are ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and grow within a large, diversified organization.

You will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to smooth workflow and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative roles include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities may vary by department and site, but typically include:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to on-site teams

  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and document control

  • Maintain records, files, and reports in an organized manner

  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination activities

  • Support reporting and data compilation as required by supervisors

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements

  • Support general office and site operations to ensure efficiency

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • School or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Chat, Meet)
