Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition consultancy, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various administrative tasks that are essential for our operations. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and provide support to various teams within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in administrative roles. As an Administrator at Eram Talent, you will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and improving overall operational efficiency.

  • Manage administrative duties including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, or related fields, with a background in utilities or the energy sector.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
  • Support office management by organizing office layout and maintaining supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with team members to schedule meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
