Direct Support Professional​/DSP​/Special Needs Caregiver

Join BAYADA Home Health and Make a Difference in Your Community BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around Northumberland County, PA! BAYADA’s special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Participate in community integration activities
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

  Mountain Top, and surrounding areas!
• Type:
  Part-Time (with opportunity for growth!) -- OVERNIGHTS 10pm-6am
• Pay: $17.50+ based on experience
