Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Order Preparation Specialist

The 1st Shift Warehouse Order Preparation Specialist plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift to transport pallets, which may need to be rearranged, wrapped, labeled, and staged in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday). Overtime when mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 hourly (bi-weekly).

• Operates a variety of powered, industrial equipment
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Ability to use a hand scanner
• Picks up incoming materials from the Receiving dock
• Unloads and puts away stock in the Bulk storage area
• Provides replenishment materials to workstations in a timely manner
• Pulls and stocks correct product to appropriate boxes and pick locations
• Transfers finished products to designated areas
• Stacks empty skids and pallets in designated areas
• Operates a manual and/or motorized pallet jack
• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to manager

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Material handling experience is strongly preferred
• Forklift Certification required
• Familiarity with part numbering systems is a plus
• Able to operate a pallet jack, forklift, order picker and Drexel
• Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions

• Hand-held RF Scanner, manual/motorized pallet jack, Powered Industrial Equipment
