Dedicated CDL A Truck Driver Job Details

• Strong pay on a steady account. Earn $74,000-$92,000 per year , with drivers averaging $1,419-$1,775 per week and a competitive $0.645-$0.71 CPM , including monthly performance and sign-on pay during your first 6 months (based on experience).

• Consistent miles with planned resets. Run 2,200-2,500 miles per week on a dedicated account, typically staying outdays with 2 days home, plus flexibility to stay out longer if you want the extra miles.

• Single-customer consistency. Dedicated freight means familiar lanes, predictable schedules, and fewer surprises week to week.

• Easy freight that keeps you moving. Haul 100% no-touch freight , minimizing dock time and maximizing paid miles.

• Extra pay that adds up. Detention, layover, and stop pay ensure you're compensated when delays happen.

Driver Requirements

• CDL-A

• 12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years

• Refrigerated experience preferred
