Civil Foreman

Overview

The Civil Foreman will work in conjunction with the Director of Safety and Project Managers to execute projects in accordance with corporate policy.

• Install, replace, test, and maintain equipment on tall structures, up to 500 ft. in the air
• Access equipment and components at significant heights
• Travel with assigned crew to job locations
• Lead a crew
• Apply knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform duties effectively
• Safely climb and work on significantly tall structures, in any type of weather conditions
• Possess basic mechanical skills and proper use of hand tools
• Travel up to 80% of the work week; overtime may be required
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Follow direction from leadership while also using independent judgment
• Pass and maintain company and state certifications, including DOT, upon hire and as required by regulations
• Pass a drug test and background checks

• Environment:
  Outdoor position requiring work in all types of weather; significant travel in company vehicles to and from work sites, including out of state and overnight is required
• Physical:
  Ability to wear up to 50 lbs. of climbing gear, climb tall structures up to 500 feet while carrying additional gear;
  Frequently required to stand, stoop, walk, sit, reach above head, and climb

• 80% local travel
• Overnight travel as needed
• Overtime, per diem, and paid drive time when traveling
• Per diem: $150 per day when traveling (60 miles from company location)
• Holiday and/or emergency on-call required
