Position:

Pleasure Land RV Center is currently looking for a full time inside Camper Sales Associate. Pleasure Land RV is looking for someone who is wanting to help our organization continue to prosper and grow. We are looking to add energetic and driven individuals to our sales team with unlimited earning potential and top sellers routinely earning six figures.

Essential job functions:

• Provide a fun and informational Camper buying experience for our customers.
• Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge. Your goal is to be their camper salesperson for life.
• Willingness to continually expand product knowledge through in house and factory training programs
• Be a part of a team and have the ability to also work independently to focus on earning goals.
• Perform duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• GED or High School diploma
• Have a passion for earning and selling in an incentive-based career with no cap on commissions.
• Retail sales or service industry experience a plus but not necessary. Willing to train the right Candidate.
• Self-motivated and goal orientated individual
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and honest approach towards customers
• Well organized
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Valid Driver's license

Salary Description

$52K to $116K Heavily based on Sales
