• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members.
• Maintain shelves clean, control temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Safely operate equipment, including forklifts and refrigeration units, following all safety standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Assist customers by acknowledging them, locating merchandise, providing recommendations, and resolving issues to promote the company’s products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer, cooler, and deli area, including food handling, cold chain procedures, and equipment sanitation.
• Document all required audits, paperwork logs, and other required documentation.
• Support the team by mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods.

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
• Passion for maintaining member satisfaction.
• Strong problem‑solving and adaptability to change.
• Creative thinking and willingness to drive improvements.
• Previous experience in a fast‑moving retail or food service environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
