Saints - Culinary Assistant

All Saints, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant - Part Time days - to join our growing team!

All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available:
Part Time AM, day shift
Wage: $15.50-$20.50/HR

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.

Duties include:

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.

Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.

Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.

Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

• Prepare, distribute and supply food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Set up dining room trays, serve and bus trays, pour beverages, and assist in food preparation.
• Transport carts and deliver trays as needed.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to ensure adequate supply of clean utensils and dishes.
• Wash soiled dishes and equipment as part of the kitchen duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
