Order Management Operator IV

Overview

Order Management Operator IV provides order processing support, including transferring files, updating orders, and running 3D printer builds with post-processing. The role involves diagnosing and determining root causes of issues, and ensuring accurate documentation remains in records.

• Prep and build batches on 3D software
• Run builds on a 3D printer
• Match and sort shells/molds
• Calibrate machines and equipment
• Export impressions on software
• DSA test and listening test
• Analyze/diagnose frequency response curve
• Mechanical and electrical assembly
• Wire and solder components
• Capture and restore patient settings via S&R Tool
• Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
• Experience:
  
  1+ year of data entry experience strongly preferred; 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Competencies:
  
  Basic computer skills; strong basic math, word processing/data entry, and written and verbal communication skills; strong data entry/computer skills

Days: Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)

• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours:
  
  8–10 hours per day
• Shift Start:
  Flexible schedule with starting times ranging between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Shift End:
  Approximately 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime to meet operational demands

Compensation:
Depending on location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $21.00 - $27.75. You may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.

Able to stand or sit for long periods. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with team lift (i.e., sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc.).
